engage with Program Managers, functional leads, and key customers
support business growth opportunities by implementing financial structures for new contracts
ensure effective reporting frameworks are in place
develop, implement and monitor financial decision support systems
prepare and analyse monthly financial statements
deliver accurate analysis to senior leadership
safeguard company assets through strong financial controls
support audits and ensure compliance with finance rules and procedures
contribute to pricing assessments, risk management, and improvement of financial processes
required interstate and overseas travel
Requirements
proven experience in managing complex financial operations within large corporate environments
ability to partner with non‑financial managers
strong technical and numerical skills
commercial acumen and attention to detail
experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
thorough understanding of accounting standards, tax requirements, and ERP systems such as SAP or IFS
CA or CPA status
background in Defence or similarly complex industries
