Responsibilities
- Provide profound technical support to partners and customers in the German-speaking market
- Communicate with customers through a web-based ticketing system, telephone support, and chat system
- Continuously grow knowledge within the Axis product portfolio
- Provide "first-call-resolution" wherever possible and own customer inquiries through fulfilment
- Assist with product system navigation and first-time installation guidance
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of the problem
- Concisely answer customer service inquiries
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to both software and hardware
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- IT education/courses and experience from the IT-industry
- Experience from customer support developing excellent communication skills
- Ability to address technical issues with warmth and empathy
- Good technical foundation including network concepts and Microsoft Windows OS (bonus points for Linux)
- Previous experience with technical troubleshooting
- Bonus points for previous experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud)
