Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in software development within a larger mid-market company or corporate environment
- Your focus is on empowerment: you promote ownership, self-organization and an innovative mindset within the team and demonstrate transparent, open communication
- Strong communication and moderation (facilitation) skills combined with a sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
