About the role
- System Engineer involved in planning and implementation of TK systems with Alcatel Lucent. Focus on modernizing and integrating telecommunications infrastructures for various clients.
Responsibilities
- Planning, implementation and operation of telecommunications (TK) systems with a focus on Alcatel‑Lucent Enterprise
- Migration and modernization of existing telecommunications infrastructures
- Integration of UC and CTI solutions into complex customer environments
- Analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of existing telecommunications system installations, including upgrades and security updates
- Technical consulting for customers during projects and in ongoing operations, as well as preparation of technical documentation
Requirements
- Several years of experience in telecommunications and IT networks with solid knowledge in operations and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SIP protocols, VoIP networks and telephony standards
- Hands-on mentality combined with a clear focus on architecture, processes and sustainable solutions
- Experience with Alcatel‑Lucent Enterprise products is a strong plus
- Business-fluent German and good written and spoken English
