Responsibilities
- Du konzipierst und koordinierst Online-Kampagnen (z. B. auf LinkedIn, Social Media & der Unternehmenswebseite), Newsletter und unterstützt in der internen und externen Kommunikation.
- Du erstellst Landingpages, führst SEO-Analysen durch und gestaltest visuelle Inhalte.
- Du übernimmst das Projektmanagement (Vor- und Nachbereitung, Planung, Umsetzung) für interne sowie externe Events und Messen – auch bereichsübergreifend mit mehreren Stakeholder:innen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen, Agenturen und Dienstleistern zusammen und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Partner.
- Du erstellst überzeugende Präsentationen & Referenzen und bringst kreative und optimierende Impulse in unsere Marketingstrategie ein.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation o. ä. oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Marketing und Kommunikation, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Onlinekampagnen und Events bzw. Messen
- Gutes Gespür für Layouts und visuelles Storytelling sowie sicheres und zielgruppengerechtes Texten
- Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen Grafik- und CMS-Tools (z. B. WordPress, Photoshop, Canva) und Social Media Plattformen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, proaktive und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationstalent, Projektmanagementskills
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
