Marketing & Communications Specialist planning and executing cross-media marketing campaigns for Axians, collaborating on online campaigns, events, and internal communications.
Responsibilities
You independently plan and manage cross-media marketing activities – from concept to execution.
You design and coordinate online campaigns (e.g., on LinkedIn and the company website), newsletters, and support internal and external communications.
You take responsibility for project management (preparation and follow-up, planning, execution) for internal and external events and trade shows – including cross-departmental projects with multiple stakeholders.
You work closely with internal departments, agencies and service providers and serve as the central contact person for our partners.
You create persuasive presentations, edit technical articles and contribute creative ideas to our marketing strategy.
You monitor current technology topics related to digitalization, innovation and artificial intelligence and initiate related formats and activities.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent training/qualification
Several years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on online campaigns and events/trade shows
Strong sense for layouts and visual storytelling as well as confident, audience-appropriate copywriting skills
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel, and experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress)
Structured working style, proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, organizational talent, project management abilities and a willingness to think beyond the obvious
Willingness to travel within Germany
Business-fluent German and good English skills
