Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a company-wide strategy for health promotion and prevention
- Design, manage and evaluate digital health campaigns and social media initiatives
- Advise and support HR, managers and teams in implementing health-promoting measures and programs
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops and awareness campaigns
- Conduct scientific analyses of health data and derive evidence-based recommendations for action
- Work closely with internal and external communications, HR and marketing teams as well as international partners
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology with a focus on Health Sciences
- Experience in developing and implementing health promotion and prevention programs
- Solid knowledge of mental health, prevention, social marketing and data analysis
- Strong communication skills, creativity and the ability to present complex topics in a target-group-appropriate way
- Experience in project management and working with interdisciplinary teams
- Business-fluent German and English, and very good knowledge of Albanian
