Digital & E-Commerce Manager overseeing B2B and B2C online sales and brand performance. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize digital presence.
Responsibilities
Management and expansion of the mail-order business (B2B & B2C): maintenance of product data, images, copy and promotional materials
Continuous alignment and optimization of content on online platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Zalando, eBay, Otto, Shop-Apotheke, DocMorris, etc.)
Analysis of marketplace performance and product presentation, with derived recommendations for action
Support in implementing brand appearances (Brand Shops) on relevant marketplaces
Monitoring of KPIs (revenue, visibility, conversion, reviews) and preparation of regular reports
Participation in promotions, campaigns and new product listings in online retail
Close coordination with internal departments (Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management) and external agencies
Requirements
Completed degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Business Administration, Media Management or a comparable qualification
Initial practical experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, ideally in the OTC/pharma sector
First experience working with shop and marketplace systems
Basic understanding of digital content structures, SEO and product data management
Analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with numbers, tools and processes
Structured, independent way of working and enjoyment of teamwork
Very good German and good English skills
