Digital & E-Commerce Manager responsible for overseeing online sales and brand development at AVIA Pharma Germany. Working closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize online performance.
Responsibilities
Management and expansion of online retail (B2B & B2C): maintenance of product data, images, copy, and promotional materials
Continuous alignment and optimization of content on online platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Zalando, eBay, Otto, Shop-Apotheke, DocMorris, etc.)
Analysis of marketplace performance and product presentation, deriving actionable recommendations
Support in implementing brand presences (brand shops) on relevant marketplaces
Monitoring KPIs (revenue, visibility, conversion, reviews) and preparing regular reports
Participation in promotions, campaigns and new product listings for online sales
Close coordination with internal departments (Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management) and external agencies
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Business Administration, Media Management, or a comparable qualification
Initial practical experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, ideally in an OTC/pharmaceutical environment
First experience with shop and marketplace systems
Basic understanding of digital content structures, SEO and product data management
Analytical thinking and enjoyment working with numbers, tools and processes
Structured, independent way of working and a collaborative team spirit
Very good German and good English skills
