Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to prepare comprehensive reports on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial information for strategic planning.
- System and Process Enhancement: Utilize financial software tools such as Lucanet, Oracle NetSuite, and Salesforce to streamline reporting and analysis processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present financial reports to management, effectively communicating key insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related finance role, ideally gained in a consulting environment such as financial due diligence or audit/financial advisory.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
- Experience with financial software systems, including Lucanet, Oracle NetSuite, and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or office environment.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies and tools to improve efficiency, analysis, and overall performance.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English is mandatory.
- Nice to have: Experience in the technology or software industry. Familiarity with German (HGB) financial reporting standards and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
