- Providing best-in-class financing and financial aid support to learners
- Personalized interactions through different communication channels (phone, email, chat, text)
- Coaching learners through key decisions and solutions regarding funding programs
- Engaging in team dialogue to improve team performance
- Proactively assessing learner needs regarding financing plans
- Assisting learners in understanding and utilizing their financing plan
- Leveraging tools, systems, and software applications to optimize learner engagement
Requirements
- 1+ year in financial aid contact role or customer experience support/advisor
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fundamental understanding of FAST goals and university goals
- Comfort with federal regulations and policies
