Responsibilities
Lead a team of field-based individuals
Responsible for daily coordination, performance, and professional development of the team
Conduct regular "ride-alongs" and field visits for coaching
Monitor team activity and engagement metrics daily using dashboards
Identify and vet community-based locations for outreach
Streamline transition of information to internal enrollment systems
Lead recruitment and training of new team members
Oversee allocation of outreach materials and travel plans
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in front-line management
Comfort using technology to drive results
Ability to hold yourself and your team accountable for targets
Local resident in the same market as the staff you supervise
Deep respect for the populations served (SMI, SUD, and dementia)
Thrive in a startup environment with ownership of operations
Preferred: experience in community health, human services, or non-profit program management
Preferred: leading teams in a high-growth or startup setting
Preferred: bilingual skills (English-Spanish or Haitian Creole)
