- Liderar y realizar el seguimiento de proyectos estratégicos de Supply Chain.
- Definir enfoques, hitos, riesgos y planes de acción.
- Elaborar análisis económico-financieros asociados a los proyectos.
- Coordinar a los distintos stakeholders internos (Operaciones, Compras, IT, Finanzas, RRHH, entre otros).
- Preparar materiales de seguimiento y presentación para Dirección.
- Impulsar iniciativas de transformación con impacto real en la organización.
Requirements
- Experiencia de entre 3 y 6 años en consultoría, estrategia o proyectos de transformación.
- Alta capacidad analítica y numérica.
- Experiencia en elaboración de business cases y gestión de stakeholders.
- Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía en entornos complejos y con cierto grado de ambigüedad.
- Se valorará experiencia previa en entornos de Supply Chain, logística o retail.
- Nivel de inglés B2.
- Se valorarán conocimientos avanzados de Excel, así como experiencia con Python o SQL.
