About the role

  • Project Coordinator managing logistics and implementation processes for Aggreko’s energy solutions. Leading project compliance and budget management while supporting stakeholders in North America regions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures closely
  • Lead stakeholder meetings, summarize key actions, and ensure effective communication
  • Stage new projects, maintain implementation frameworks, and ensure proper documentation
  • Support Project Managers in managing project budgets and scopes, escalating issues as needed
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, track project progress, provide updates, and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements

  • Demonstrated 3-5 years of project management or coordination experience
  • Preferably experienced with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards
  • Skilled in managing budgets with an accounting mindset
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Projects
  • Able to travel up to 75% of the time within North America
