About the role

  • Project Coordinator at Schneider Electric managing customer solutions and service coordination. Supporting customer experiences while handling equipment deliveries and supply chain risk management in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Be the bridge between our customers and innovative solutions
  • Manage multiple conflicting priorities related to coordination of equipment deliveries, supply chain risk management, and general customer service
  • Pre-Delivery Coordination- proactive communication with key project stakeholders, defining customer scheduling needs and setting expectations upon product and services supply
  • Categorize white glove delivery service needs for site, and plan services with regional carrier
  • Project Governance- monitor and track all open orders ensuring supply commitments are upheld for customer project milestones
  • Proactively escalate upon all risks identified via supply reporting tools (OMS), certifying risks for customers and Sales
  • Delivery Execution- ensure all scheduled deliveries complete to service level and project on site needs
  • Confirm all shipments to key project stakeholders
  • Customer Service- support all customer inquiries related to each assigned project
  • Interface with Secure Power network of support organizations to close the loop upon customer needs
  • Close all projects to general customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • BA degree in Business, Technical degree or related field
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new products and technologies
  • Excellence in customer service with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of contact center systems and customer service tools
  • Proven track record of contributing to team success and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis
