Provide administrative support for PMO team at Guidehouse managing project documentation and deliverables. Collaborate closely with project managers for effective project execution and compliance needs.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational project support to the project management office (PMO) team.
Assist in management of administrative requirements of the engagement including client deliverables such as meeting minutes and monthly status reports.
Work with relevant team members to gather information for required deliverables.
Organize and manage central repository for project documentation and deliverables.
Maintain team roster and oversee onboarding new team members.
Ensure regulatory compliance.
Work closely with the deputy project manager and project director to support functions for over 35 team members.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ years of professional experience managing projects, tasks, and deliverables
Experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel)
Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented
Ability to learn new skills quickly.
Strong verbal and written communication.
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work across teams
Ability to support multiple requests at one time
