About the role

Werkstudent in Produktmanagement und SAP-Systemen bei Atruvia in Karlsruhe. Fokus auf digitale Bestellprozesse und Produktinformation verwalten sowie testen.

Responsibilities

You will assist with creating and maintaining products in the Atruvia Shop, our central digital ordering portal for customer products.
You will work closely with product managers to capture and manage product information in a structured way in the SAP system using a PLM tool.
You will contribute to coordinating product processes — for example, providing, modifying or discontinuing products — in collaboration with various specialist departments.
You will configure predefined product variants in the SAP system and learn how digital product offerings are implemented both technically and functionally.
You will support testing of new products and product features and ensure that all requirements are met before a product goes live in the shop.

You are studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable field and have successfully completed at least three semesters of your bachelor’s degree.
You are interested in product management, digital ordering processes and data management and want to gain practical experience working with SAP systems and digital platforms.
You have solid skills in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and are open to learning tools such as SAP or PLM systems.
You work in a structured, careful and reliable manner and enjoy organizing data and processes clearly.
You are strong in communication, team-oriented and eager to learn, and you have very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
