About the role
- Senior SAP ABAP Migration Technology Consultant optimizing client business operations through advanced ERP and CRM systems. Leveraging SAP expertise to streamline processes and enhance decision-making efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Be a link to the client, combining deep domain knowledge and data expertise
- Utilize capabilities of LTMOM to enable custom client requirements of migration objects
- Independently design and implement data extraction, transformation and loading algorithms in ABAP
- Creation and execution of LTMC and BODS migration objects
- Provide support for issues arising from test and productive migrations
- Support the project implementation during the entire project cycle
- Independent development and care of customer relationships as a trusted Advisor for our customers
- Prepare the documentation of migration concepts and approval documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ABAP and SAP Data Migration
- Hands-on experience working with SAP Data Migration, BODS and knowledge with SAP Data Migration within S/4HANA, Migration Cockpit, LTMC, changing packages through LTMOM
- Programming experience in classical ABAP - RICEF concepts and Object-oriented ABAP
- Excellent organizational, analytical, written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Technically strong to apply the complex transformation rules Knowledge to LTMC Cockpit
- Strong Knowledge and at least 1 year experience in SAP ECC module : Finance
- Ability to understand SAP functionality by working with various functional teams
- Should have proficiency in data analysis, data quality and conversion planning for data migration activities.
- Should have experience in dealing with a high volume of data and designing the data flow to optimize the performance
- Knowledge of Data Services and BODS (Business Object Data Service), SAP MDG, SAP MDM is a plus
- Understanding of source system functionality and capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent organizational, analytical, written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- At least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation experience and full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience are required
- Fluent English skills
- Experience in Agile Model is a plus.
