Responsibilities
- Hire SAP EWM Professionals
- Travel ready for 2 weeks onsite - Country Italy / Switzerland for knowledge transfer
- Handle and troubleshoot issues in SAP EWM
- Build integration of SAP with non-SAP applications
- Maintain customer trust and confidence in the services provided
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of in-depth knowledge of the SAP EWM module
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent from an accredited college or university
- Experience of SAP S/4 HANA Rise on AWS is mandatory
- S4 Certification will be added advantage
- Experience on WM Org Structure: Plant, Storage Locations, EWM Warehouse Master Data & Number Ranges: Supply Chain Unit, Business Partners, Product Master, Number Ranges
- Warehouse Structures: Storage Types, Sections, Areas and Warehouse Door, Bins
- Inbound & outbound Processing
- Internal Warehouse Processes: Stock Transfer between Plants (Spares, Production and MRO), Bin to Bin Stock Transfer, Posting Change, Scrapping in Warehouse, Physical Inventory in Warehouse
- Production Integration: Component Consumption & Receipt in Warehouse
- RICEFW Objects
- Proficient in handling Issues/troubleshooting/support functions
- Experience in building the integration of SAP with applications which are non-SAP
- Good knowledge on ticketing tools like service now, solution Manager etc.
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- Excellent communication skills
- Ready to work in 24 x 5 support environment
