- Collaborating directly with several teams to design, implement and support complex HR business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment
- Working in an international team of HR-IT experts
- Configuring application and providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Conducting international rollouts for business processes and handling change requests
- Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
- Interacting with different streams and areas of expertise within the project
- Handling application corrective and preventive maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- Ability to evaluate and document business requirements
- Have initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Great English skills, both written and spoken.
