About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating directly with several teams to design, implement and support complex HR business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment
  • Working in an international team of HR-IT experts
  • Configuring application and providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
  • Conducting international rollouts for business processes and handling change requests
  • Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
  • Interacting with different streams and areas of expertise within the project
  • Handling application corrective and preventive maintenance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
  • Ability to evaluate and document business requirements
  • Have initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Great English skills, both written and spoken.
