Property Manager responsible for managing and maintaining commercial and residential properties in Germany, assisting institutional investors and private owners with their real estate assets.
Responsibilities
Responsible for preservation of value, maintenance and fault/incident management of assigned properties, including preparation and coordination of related measures
Assessment and optimization of energy management, environmental protection, fire protection and safety measures in building technical systems
Management, monitoring and documentation of maintenance and repair activities, as well as pursuing warranty claims
Preparation of property-specific tender documents, budget and schedule plans, and monthly and quarterly reports
Commissioning and supervision of technical and infrastructure service providers
Review and approval of invoices
Participation in projects and handling of special tasks
Reporting on operating costs, technical deployments, maintenance and warranty management
Requirements
Completed technical training with additional commercial/business qualifications or a degree in Facility Management / Real Estate Management
Several years of professional experience in the technical management of commercial and residential properties
Strong communication and analytical skills, with a structured, solution-oriented working style
Confident user of common software, especially Microsoft Excel
High customer orientation, commitment and assertiveness
Class B driving license and willingness to undertake occasional business trips are advantageous
