- Leadership of multidisciplinary and agile delivery teams, setting direction and pace
- Strong commercial awareness, managing budgets, contracts and supplier performance
- Experience improving delivery capability and contributing to practice development
- Ability to manage significant risks, ambiguity and competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, presenting confidently to senior audiences
- Track record of delivering digital transformation and change outcomes.
