Requirements
- 10-15 years of professional experience in product management, product operations, program management, or related R&D roles
- Proven track record as a people leader who drives outcomes through others and develops high-potential talent
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle best practices
- Strong systems thinking - ability to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities across large-scale operations
- Data fluency and comfort with AI productivity tools to surface insights and drive decision-making
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical and strategic concepts to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
