Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all employee relations matters
- Conduct thorough, fair, and confidential investigations into employee complaints and grievances
- Mediate workplace conflicts and facilitate constructive resolutions
- Develop and deliver proactive training and workshops for managers and employees
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps
- Manage the full lifecycle of training initiatives including content creation and delivery
- Provide guidance and support to managers in performance management processes
- Support other HR functions, including recruiting and onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and learning & development
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
