About the role

  • SEO Manager responsible for leading organic search strategy to enhance visibility and business growth. Collaborating cross-functionally to optimize content and report on SEO performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end SEO strategy across multiple client accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives
  • Oversee keyword research and mapping to optimize existing content and identify new growth opportunities
  • Drive creation and optimization of SEO content including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, on-page content, and internal linking strategies
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve organic performance
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and provide strategic recommendations based on SWOT insights
  • Perform detailed website and page-level audits to identify optimization opportunities and implement actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with content, analytics, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor a team of SEO executives/analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous skill development
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in SEO with strong expertise in technical SEO and on-page optimization
  • Proven experience in leading SEO strategies and managing multiple projects or accounts
  • Strong expertise in keyword research, keyword mapping, and search intent analysis
  • Hands-on experience with schema markup and structured data implementation
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Searchmetrics, Linkdex, Majestic SEO, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Search Console)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with the ability to analyze data and present insights effectively
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including content strategy, social media, and influencer marketing integration
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
