About the role
- Scrum Master coaching cross-functional teams on agile methods in innovative software projects. Enhancing team self-organization and supporting transition from waterfall to agile processes.
Responsibilities
- Du begleitest und coachst crossfunktionale Teams bei der Einführung und Etablierung agiler Methoden und stärkst ein gemeinsames Verständnis für das Scrum Framework
- Du förderst aktiv Teamentwicklung, Wissenstransfer und Selbstorganisation der Teammitglieder
- Du organisierst und moderierst Scrum Events, Workshops und regelmäßigen Kundenaustausch
- Du gestaltest nachhaltige Prozesse mit und treibst deren kontinuierliche Verbesserung voran
- Du erkennst Impediments frühzeitig und begleitest das Team lösungsorientiert bei deren Beseitigung
- Du moderierst Konflikte souverän und führst Beteiligte durch strukturiere Lösungsfindungsprozesse
- Du unterstützt Product Owner bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Scrum Artefakte und coachst im Scrum-Kontext nach Bedarf
Requirements
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master:in und begeisterst dich für Projektarbeit in der Softwareentwicklung
- Du hast Erfahrung in der strukturierten Analyse , Optimierung und Dokumentation agiler Projekte
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und begeisterst Teams sowie Stakeholder für agile Arbeitsweisen
- Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert , proaktiv und trägst zur Gestaltung deines Arbeitsumfelds bei
- Du sprichst Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau
- Erfahrung mit weiteren agilen Methoden oder Frameworks wie Kanban, XP, Design Thinking
- Kenntnisse in TDD oder ATDD
- Erfahrung in skalierten agilen Umgebungen (z. B. SAFe, LeSS)
- Vertraut mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder Miro
