About the role

• Agile Project Leader overseeing software delivery from initiation to completion for ERNI. Collaborating with global teams and utilizing Agile methodologies in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the successful delivery of software projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as a Product Owner as needed to support project requirements.
• Elicit requirements through series of scoping workshops, stakeholder interviews and through utilizing existing BRDs and SRDs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients regarding project-related concerns.
• Maintain effective communication with international clients, particularly in the European market.
• Utilize various collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and TFS to manage projects.
• Ensure the team is well-equipped with the necessary tools and techniques to achieve project goals.
• Own the overall delivery and operational stability of multiple digital platforms, including consumer engagement, loyalty, data, and middleware services.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with business, data, and global IT teams.
• Lead platform roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution in alignment with market and global technology strategies.
• Oversee system integrations across internal platforms, third-party vendors, and global systems, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Ensure proper governance of digital solutions, including compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PII handling, access control, audit readiness).
• Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability and performance.
• Coordinate with global IT, data, and architecture teams to align local implementations with global standards and frameworks.
• Provide oversight on data ingestion, harmonization, and consumption pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and business decision-making.
• Drive vendor management activities, including solution design validation, delivery tracking, issue escalation, and performance evaluation.
• Support change management processes, including impact assessment, CAB approvals, release coordination, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness for all delivered platforms and enhancements.
• Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring transparency on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Identify opportunities for platform optimization, simplification, and automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in data governance within a multinational corporation (MNC).
• Proven experience in data governance and data quality principles.
• At least 1 project experience in ground-up implementation of data governance for data lake/warehouse projects on the cloud.
• Strong technical, stakeholder, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, and COBIT.
• Expertise in data privacy and protection laws.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure Functions, and Azure Blob Storage.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
• Familiarity with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP).
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and TFS.
