Responsibilities
Technical support: Hotline for door and gate automation, including telephone assistance with mechanical installations, wiring, parameter configuration, troubleshooting and safety checks.
Troubleshooting: Resolving issues with door and gate automation systems, both remotely by phone and on-site at installation sites when required.
Complaint management: Handling and coordinating customer complaints to ensure fast and effective resolution.
Repairs & installation: Carrying out repairs and installations, as well as managing and supplying spare parts.
Warehouse support: Assisting with warehouse tasks, such as transporting and organizing spare parts.
Requirements
Completed training as a mechatronics technician (Mechatroniker) or an equivalent qualification in the electrotechnical field.
Experience in metalworking (e.g., grinding, cutting) and ideally experience in door and gate automation.
Solid knowledge of electrical wiring in both low- and high-voltage systems.
Experience in similar technical roles, preferably in HVAC, access control systems, industrial automation, or automotive repair.
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills; and proficiency with common IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
