Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain educational materials for HVAC product and services training
Prepare sales aids, stock lists, match up forms etc for internal and customer use
Schedule, organize, facilitate and deliver training for branch personnel and customers
Update HVAC certification programs as necessary
Monitor HVAC training programs to evaluate effectiveness and recommend modifications
Function as internal consultant on HVAC product lines to assess, measure, and enhance employee performance
Respond in a timely manner to customers and TGG associates seeking technical support
Visit job sites with customers and vendors when necessary
Maintain records of HVAC training activities and employee attendance and progress
Track income and expenses for all training
Coordinate learning delivery through multiple mediums
Requirements
Become certified trainer in vendor training programs (Kohler, Mitsubishi)
