Responsibilities
- Lead and review month-end financials and reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across the board
- Support audit engagements, including our transition to IFRS
- Turn financial insights into powerful strategic actions
- Guide business leaders on pricing, budgeting, investments, and optimization
- Influence key decisions to support both performance and long-term vision
- Track KPIs and identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency wins
- Contribute to strategic planning and operational reviews
- Own annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Deliver monthly management reports with key metrics and drivers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
- 4+ years of experience (Big 4 a strong asset)
- Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS
- Excellent communication skills in English
