About the role
- Financial Analyst Junior at Grupo Tigre managing payment cycles for suppliers, taxes and internal operations. Ensuring compliance and financial integrity through SAP and banking platforms.
Responsibilities
- Execute and ensure the processing of payments to suppliers, taxes, and intercompany transactions via SAP and banking platforms, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance is maintained.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of balances and the accuracy of financial records.
- Serve as an interface with internal departments, advising on payment flows, deadlines, documentation, and tax withholdings.
- Execute operational payment routines and cash closing procedures, ensuring compliance with SLAs and the quality of deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Operationalize Risco Sacado / Confirming processes, acting as liaison with banks, managing file exchanges and transactional issues.
- Handle operational matters related to the control and use of corporate credit cards in accordance with current policies.
- Respond to service requests related to the area’s processes, ensuring adherence to policies and SLAs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Previous experience with administrative and financial routines.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Experience with tax/invoice documents and purchase/payment workflows.
- Familiarity with banking platforms.
