About the role
- Finance Business Partner guiding SaaS financial insights with close collaboration to CFO. Influencing business decisions via budgeting, forecasting, and data analytics in dynamic finance team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CFO and business leaders in a high-impact, trusted partner role
- Own key parts of budgeting, forecasting, and performance follow-up across the organization
- Help improve how we use data, BI tools, and automation to work smarter (not harder)
- Join a finance team where you can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Be part of a PE-backed SaaS environment where strong financial structure and insight really matter
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process and recurring forecasts, ensuring plans stay aligned with business development
- Build financial models, analyze variances, and translate performance into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs and support cost control, efficiency initiatives, and investment decisions in close partnership with business leaders
- Support the monthly close process together with accounting, including selected tasks such as accruals, reconciliations, and analysis
- Ensure consistency between accounting data and management reporting, delivering structured performance follow-ups to stakeholders
- Develop and enhance BI dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring data quality and alignment across financial and operational systems
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to improving finance systems (ERP, planning, BI) and drive automation of reporting and analysis using modern tools and AI to strengthen efficiency and insight generation
- Act as a key support to the CFO in board materials, investor reporting, and strategic projects, contributing to robust finance processes and governance in a PE-backed SaaS environment
Requirements
- Strong experience in FP&A, controlling, and business partnering
- Confidence working with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- The ability to turn complex numbers into clear business insight
- A structured mindset - you enjoy creating clarity and driving follow-up
- Strong data and BI skills, and interest in automation and AI
- Collaboration skills - you work smoothly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
