About the role

  • Finance Business Partner guiding SaaS financial insights with close collaboration to CFO. Influencing business decisions via budgeting, forecasting, and data analytics in dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CFO and business leaders in a high-impact, trusted partner role
  • Own key parts of budgeting, forecasting, and performance follow-up across the organization
  • Help improve how we use data, BI tools, and automation to work smarter (not harder)
  • Join a finance team where you can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Be part of a PE-backed SaaS environment where strong financial structure and insight really matter
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process and recurring forecasts, ensuring plans stay aligned with business development
  • Build financial models, analyze variances, and translate performance into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Monitor financial and operational KPIs and support cost control, efficiency initiatives, and investment decisions in close partnership with business leaders
  • Support the monthly close process together with accounting, including selected tasks such as accruals, reconciliations, and analysis
  • Ensure consistency between accounting data and management reporting, delivering structured performance follow-ups to stakeholders
  • Develop and enhance BI dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring data quality and alignment across financial and operational systems
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to improving finance systems (ERP, planning, BI) and drive automation of reporting and analysis using modern tools and AI to strengthen efficiency and insight generation
  • Act as a key support to the CFO in board materials, investor reporting, and strategic projects, contributing to robust finance processes and governance in a PE-backed SaaS environment

Requirements

  • Strong experience in FP&A, controlling, and business partnering
  • Confidence working with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
  • The ability to turn complex numbers into clear business insight
  • A structured mindset - you enjoy creating clarity and driving follow-up
  • Strong data and BI skills, and interest in automation and AI
  • Collaboration skills - you work smoothly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Ownership, curiosity, and a “let’s improve how we work” mindset
  • Flexibility and adaptability - you’re comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-evolving SaaS environment
