About the role
- Senior Finance Analyst providing financial support for Supply Chain North America. Responsible for forecasting, performance tracking, and financial insights to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing Financial Support for Supply Chain North America
- Monthly closing activities – including Journal Entries, Intercompany Cross Charges and BvA explanations
- Provide regular financial support to Business Partners, making sure we comply to budget targets
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making
- Identify and propose process improvements opportunities with cross-functional teams
- Perform quarterly close and forecast cycle activities including regional financial consolidation and analysis
- Support Capital Projects financial deliverables and controls
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skill, previously excel modeling or data consolidation experience
- The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Understanding of data visualization techniques, tools, and design principles
- Experience with SAP, OneStream
