Responsibilities
Lead the HR function at a fast-growing technology company.
Structure and advance the entire employee lifecycle.
Design and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth plan.
Lead and develop the People & Culture team (Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, HR Administration).
Establish HR policies, processes, and metrics (onboarding, performance, employee engagement).
Act as a strategic partner to leadership.
Ensure labor law compliance and best practices in employee relations.
Lead training and development programs.
Strengthen company culture, engagement, and internal communication.
Requirements
Proven experience in an HR management role, preferably in technology companies.
Generalist experience across Recruitment & Selection, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT) and HR routines under the CLT employment regime.
Experience implementing and structuring HR processes, policies, and metrics.
Previous experience as a strategic business partner to leadership.
Availability for a hybrid work model in Brasília.
Prior experience in software, technology companies, or startups.
Experience applying agile methodologies to HR projects.
Familiarity with digital HR tools and systems.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Business, or related fields.
