Responsibilities
Manage, coach and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives.
Work with Marketing Managers to deliver calling campaigns into existing customers and prospect data.
Identify opportunities and generate appointments to build a strong pipeline of new business.
Understand customers’ business goals and demonstrate how technology can accelerate their growth.
Generate leads and referrals for additional products and services.
Maintain customer records in our CRM system.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and report on team performance.
Support your team to exceed targets while creating a positive, high-energy work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in tech sales.
Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team to success.
Persuasive negotiation skills, combined with a polite, friendly manner.
Patience and skill to engage customers in meaningful conversations.
Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
