About the role
- Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant managing Workday Adaptive implementations for clients while ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction. Leading projects and providing expert guidance throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Support clients by managing and executing Workday Adaptive implementations
- Gain a thorough understanding of Adaptive software
- Translate and document client requirements into solutions
- Lead projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Client Managers
- Offer technical support to clients when required
- Conduct and lead Armanino Academy live training courses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit, consulting, or advisory roles, etc.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with Workday Adaptive and in CPM software implementations with clients across multiple industries
- Workday Adaptive Planning First certification
- Proven project management and leadership skills
- Excellent facilitation skills for gathering business requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency and strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Travel for Armanino business and clients, as needed
