About the role
- Senior EPM Consultant leading transformation projects for SAP processes. Collaborating with clients to modernize financial reporting and consolidate information effectively.
Responsibilities
- Your team? Joining neosight means becoming part of a team of 40 committed consultants, trusted partners to their clients, supporting them end-to-end on all their SAP challenges.
- You will be the client's key contact on transformation projects for their reporting and consolidation processes.
- You will support CFOs in modernizing their management reporting, integrating new dimensions of reporting.
- Support Business Functions.
- Gather, challenge and formalize requirements from Finance, Management Control, Consolidation, Performance or Operations departments.
- Write specifications, user stories and functional requirements.
- Assist our clients in selecting and implementing their target EPM solution: from SAP capabilities (SAC, Group Reporting) to the agility of next-generation platforms (Pigment, Board, Anaplan, Tagetik).
- Contribute to the modernization of BI and EPM platforms as part of S/4HANA transformations.
- Define the target BI/EPM architecture and its integration with the existing IT landscape.
- Build or challenge SAC, Datasphere or BW models (modeling, data flows, KPIs, governance).
- Contribute to testing campaigns (unit tests, integration, UAT).
- Prepare and support deployment: training, change management, documentation.
- Act as an operational point of contact between the client and the team, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Identify risks or blockers on projects and propose appropriate solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to their skills development.
- Participate in internal knowledge capitalization: expert communities, development of new service offerings—particularly around performance management—and publications.
- Contribute to neosight’s growth by participating in pre-sales activities.
- Develop your expertise in innovative EPM solutions: Group Reporting, Pigment, Board, Datasphere, etc.
- Maintain active watch on developments in the SAP and Data ecosystem (cloud, data governance, automation, AI…).
- Contribute to internal/cross-functional Group projects (CSR, HR, Marketing).
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) — engineering school or university, in computer science or a general field (e.g., Master in CCA, Management Control, Consolidation).
- EPM expertise: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a consulting firm or project mode, with proven mastery of SAP Group Reporting or SAC. Knowledge of solutions such as Pigment, Anaplan or Tagetik is a major advantage.
- Finance culture: You speak the language of finance leaders (P&L, Balance Sheet, Consolidation, Rolling Forecast). You don’t just configure a tool—you design a management model.
- Data-centric: BI architectures (Datasphere, BW/4HANA) hold no secrets for you: you understand how data flows from the ERP to the dashboard.
- Ability to manage complex projects and drive change successfully.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally.
