Responsibilities
The professional will be responsible for implementing financial system solutions at clients, ensuring correct technical integration, alignment with business processes, and providing support during and after go-live.
Will act in client service and support, negotiating and overseeing the technical and functional implementation of the company's solutions.
Primarily focused on billing/collections and payment methods solutions.
Will be responsible for mapping the client's business processes, ensuring adherence to the proposed solution.
Will assist the client with API and system integrations with billing and payment platforms (Pix, boleto, card, among others).
Will lead technical and business alignment meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Will perform integration tests, acceptance/homologation, and accompany the client during system go-live.
Must document workflows, business rules, and commercial and technical guidelines for clients and internal teams.
Will work in partnership with operations, product, technology and support teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements
Experience implementing financial systems, billing/collections or payment methods solutions;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and activity/task management systems;
Experience in commercial roles, especially in negotiation, customer service and support;
Availability to travel;
Functional knowledge of financial products such as Pix, boletos, cards, and payment reconciliation and settlement;
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders;
Organized and skilled in project management and implementation scheduling;
Experience at payment companies, fintechs or payment institutions (IPs/SCDs/SCIPs) is a plus.
