Responsibilities
- Diagnose learning needs based on the company's strategic objectives and performance analysis;
- Develop and implement learning paths, technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs;
- Select, negotiate with, and manage training vendors (consultancies, e-learning platforms, instructors, etc.);
- Coordinate in-person, online, and hybrid training activities, ensuring quality and alignment with identified needs;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using indicators (Kirkpatrick), including ROI and business impact;
- Support talent management processes such as IDP (Individual Development Plan), onboarding (corporate and functional), and succession programs;
- Act as a strategic partner to internal areas to design customized development solutions;
- Monitor trends and innovations in corporate education and propose continuous improvements;
- Implement and use LMS (Learning Management System) platforms for managing and tracking training activities;
- Manage the corporate education budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree preferred in Corporate Education, Training and Development, People Management, Organizational Psychology, Human and Organizational Development, or related areas;
- Experience with Instructional Design / Learning Experience (LX);
- Experience in learning and organizational development projects;
- Experience with active methodologies, instructional design, blended learning, and learning technologies;
- Knowledge of learning methodologies;
- Proficiency with HR metrics and outcome evaluation;
