Responsibilities
Manage the customer portfolio with a focus on retention, growth and monetization of the base.
Identify business opportunities (upsell and cross-sell), proactively engaging with customers.
Conduct commercial negotiations, including contract renewals, price adjustments, upgrades and the sale of new solutions and services.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with customer needs.
Perform sales of licenses, services and solutions, managing the entire sales cycle through to closing.
Participate in contract renegotiations, seeking a balance between customer satisfaction and business profitability.
Build relationships with customer decision-makers and influencers to expand commercial opportunities.
Conduct regular meetings and visits focused on generating new demand and strengthening commercial relationships.
Serve as a strategic point of contact for commercial requests, coordinating internally when necessary.
Identify strategic customers for developing case studies and strengthening the brand.
Monitor the customer lifecycle, anticipating cancellation risks and acting to retain revenue.
Requirements
Undergraduate studies in progress in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or Management Processes
