Responsibilities
Improve the Sales Force’s performance through data analysis, CRM management, and incentive/award planning with a focus on efficiency and results.
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance sales force effectiveness.
Provide ongoing analyses to improve sales productivity, engagement with internal and external customers, and operational efficiency.
Analyze performance using tools such as Power BI, Excel, CRM, and Close-Up data.
Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Standardize processes and reports to ensure consistency in tracking Sales Force performance.
Maximize CRM functionality and increase adoption of Power BI reports by driving Sales Force engagement in building a high-performance team and improving results.
Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Medical Demand teams to align SFE strategies with business objectives, supporting the development of commercial structures that optimize market coverage and resource allocation.
Requirements
Experience with audits NDDD, MDTR, PMB, ED, TMS, INTE, CLOSEUP, AUDIT and data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
Basic English proficiency.
Ability to support commercial leadership across multiple areas, adapt to varying commercial strategies, and align with corporate objectives.
