Responsibilities
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Hauptbuchhaltung
- Sicherstellung eines ordnungsgemäßen Closings inkl. Buchungen, Abstimmungen und Abgrenzungen
- Bearbeitung und Unterstützung von Umsatzsteuer-, Bank- und Treasury-Themen
- Pflege und Abstimmung von Hauptbuch- und Nebenbuchkonten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Tax, Controlling, Wirtschaftsprüfern, Banken und internen Fachbereichen
- Ansprechpartner für fachliche Rückfragen und abstimmungsrelevante Themen
- Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen und Automatisierungsinitiativen im Accounting
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Accounting-Richtlinien und -Prozessen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 4 Jahre) in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Buchhaltungssoftware
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zahlenaffinität und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine zuverlässige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
