Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, apparel, operations or engineering or equivalent industry/related business experience
5+ years experience in a related role within a global organization, leading operational excellence and/or continuous improvement initiatives
5+ years experience leading and managing a high-performing team
Proficiency and passion for lean methodology, tools and principles with strong experience with application of Lean and Six Sigma
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive in identifying the root cause and developing solutions
Experience leading projects with cross-functional stakeholders and facilitating meetings and workshops
Ability to build relationships, negotiate, influence and manage change in a complex global environment
Experience with vendor management
Ability to translate information between technical and non-technical players and excellent communication skills
Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
