Responsibilities
Effectively oversee existing b2b tech accounts on a day-to-day basis whilst collaborating on wider projects and strategies
Proactively network and attend industry events to help foster new business opportunities and client relationships
Deliver sound strategic counsel and offer confident client management
Develop written materials that follows the strategic direction of each client
Nurture an excellent understanding of your client’s business and industry sector and build trusted client relationships particularly in tech
Confidently show vigor in achieving top-tier meaningful coverage aligned with clients comms & business objectives
Influence and deliver insights reports and competitor tracking for clients
Devise frameworks for impactful client reporting and evaluation, using best practice measurement strategies to demonstrate impact.
Lead a team on projects and new business proposals
Requirements
5+ years' of proven success in client management
Familiarity with sales performance metrics
Comfortable using various AI tools
Solid understanding of the media and influencer landscape
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
An in depth interest in the tech sector, specifically cyber security, AI and ecommerce, and how these technologies can use their reach to better the world we live in
Experience managing teams and bringing projects from inception to execution
Experience and passion for networking and creating new business opportunities
