Experienced Procurement Technician supporting US Federal Government contracts with Arcetyp LLC in Aurora, Colorado. Responsibilities include procurement support, contract administration, and data management in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Process purchase requests, invoices, and payment documentation in compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies.
Support contract administration tasks, including tracking obligations, monitoring funding status, and reconciliation of discrepancies in financial records.
Utilization of the Financial and Business Management System (FBMS), including navigating procurement, invoice processing, and reporting modules; entering and validating data, and generating standard and ad-hoc reports.
Use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word for document preparation, Excel for data analysis and pivot tables, and Outlook for professional correspondence and calendar management.
Provide high-volume, accurate, and rapid data entry while maintaining attention to detail in alphanumeric and financial data fields.
Requirements
2 or more years of relevant experience in US Government procurement support
Experience with the US Government Financial and Business Management System (FBMS)
Expertise using Microsoft Office
Ability to type 50 words per minute
Min. Citizenship Status Required: U.S Citizenship.
