Responsibilities
- Leiding geven aan ontwerp- en planvormingstrajecten binnen stedelijk water en klimaatadaptatie.
- Vertalen van klimaatrisico’s naar technische maatregelen en contractstukken (RAW, UAV-GC).
- Stakeholdermanagement en participatie met gemeenten, waterschappen en bewoners.
- Coachen en ontwikkelen van junior en medior collega’s.
- Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire teams en afstemming met uitvoering/aannemerij.
- Bijdragen aan tenders, offertes en marktontwikkeling.
- Implementatiebegeleiding en nazorg bij uitvoering van projecten.
Requirements
- Minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in stedelijk water, klimaatadaptatie, civiele techniek of vergelijkbaar.
- Praktische kennis van uitvoering en aannemerij.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
- Ervaring of affiniteit met het begeleiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van junior collega’s binnen multidisciplinaire teams.
- Sterke klantgerichte en netwerkvaardigheden.
- Ervaring met RAW/UAV-GC contracten.
- Ervaring met Omgevingswet, GIS of Digital Twin technologie zijn pré's.
- Tender- en commerciële ervaring.
