About the role

  • Licensed Professional Counselor providing mental health services in a hybrid role with flexible remote options. Collaborating with a team to improve community mental health care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
  • Coordinate services with various personnel as needed
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Licensed mental health professional (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Creative and innovative approaches to mental health (preferred)
  • Experience with children, adolescents, and teens (preferred)
  • Experience with couples and families (preferred)
