Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of mandates in a partnership model, building trusted relationships with clients and understanding their business challenges, organizational culture, and objectives;
  • Analyze clients’ organizational and strategic needs, including team structure, required skills, implicit expectations, attraction levers, and hiring risks, to recommend appropriate approaches;
  • Develop, recommend, and lead talent acquisition strategies based on labor market realities and HR best practices;
  • Advise clients on target profiles, employment conditions, and attraction strategies;
  • Identify, attract, and evaluate candidates using structured approaches that assess potential, organizational fit, and long-term contribution capability;
  • Conduct interviews to understand candidates’ career paths, motivations, working styles, and actual potential;
  • Provide strategic advisory support to clients, helping them interpret profiles, influencing hiring decisions, and adjusting expectations when necessary;
  • Provide rigorous support to clients and candidates through to hiring and beyond to promote lasting alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or a related field, or equivalent;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition within a recruitment firm context, including a strategic approach with partner organizations;
  • A strong desire to do things differently, innovate, and bring your personal touch;
  • The autonomy, professional judgment, and leadership needed to deliver impactful mandates;
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and support clients or managers, as well as candidates;
  • Native-level proficiency in French;
  • The role requires a high level of autonomy, professional judgment, and influence with clients.
