About the role

  • Commercial Director role at ROSA PARIS managing client relations and strategic brand building in a hybrid setting. Focused on creative collaboration and effective project management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and unite a collaborative, high-performing 360° team around the brands you oversee
  • Brief, inspire and guide creatives in partnership with the Creative Director
  • Support the sales teams in preparing client presentations and pitches
  • Drive the development of sales enablement tools (media monitoring/clippings, moodboards, inspirational references…)
  • Act as the primary and trusted point of contact for the client’s marketing director or decision-maker
  • Present and defend the agency’s recommendation, ensuring strategic consistency across all creative output
  • Anticipate challenges and identify opportunities to develop the client portfolio
  • Ensure account profitability and that the agency’s work is fairly valued

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an Account Director
  • Passionate about advertising, marketing and new technologies
  • Strong marketing and creative sensibility; proactive and idea-driven
  • Responsive, curious and highly organized
