About the role
- Graduate Engineer working on public health engineering designs and solutions at Arcadis. Involvement in innovative MEPF projects to optimize energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
Responsibilities
- Conducts engineering design of water distribution (cold, hot, industrial, etc)
- Designs, calculates, sketches, 3D modeling, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer
- Build proficiency in REVIT and other software used in the design process
- Performs the tasks within the agreed-upon budget and schedule
- Prepare reports and presentations as directed by senior engineers
- Follow company standards and procedures including design and checking
- Preparing all the necessary drawings for the specific phase of projects (report, 2D plans, schematics, sections)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or Building services
- Good knowledge of design software (e.g. AutoCAD) and calculation software
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Public Health engineering is required
- Strong English language skills
- Eager to learn new capabilities and skills
- Basic knowledge of norms and standards related to Public Health systems
- Candidate to have problem solving skills, creativity, to show proactivity and analytical skills
- Good planning, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position
